Here’s how to back up your photos, communities and scraps, tomorrow on-wards Orkut will not open. So you need to take backup data from Orkut, if you have.
Sign in with your Google/Orkut account, then go to the
Google Data tool page (https://www.google.com/settings/datatools). Press “Manage Archives”
Click on the 'Create
Archive' button.
Select the option ‘Orkut’
from the list of different Google services. Make sure you uncheck all the other
options except Orkut. Press “Next”
Now, Select “File Type”
& “Delivery Method” then click 'Create Archive' to download your Orkut
profiles complete data.
The time for downloading your Orkut data depends on the size
of your archive, i.e., the number of photos or scraps you've in your Orkut
account.
Google (Orkut) will email you when your archive file is
ready to download. Now check your mail.
That's it! You now have the backup of your Orkut account's
data which includes profile information, scraps, testimonials, activities and
photos you've uploaded
